It's been long time no update here, I've tried to update here long time ago but really lazy to update. LOL.
Okay, 1 year plus work at Café Swiss kitchen, I had transferred to Main Kitchen for my currently career life. It's a big challenge for me, although life is tough I still can afford it. Breakfast team, as a production team for both Fairmont Singapore hotel and Swissötel the Stamford, 8 outlets breakfast buffet hot food need to produce for those outlet, within 3 and a half hours need to finish prepare every breakfast hot food, such a big challenge for me. Everyday must manage the time property, time can't waste. Tough life, but I enjoy it.
Thanks for giving the chance for me, since I was at Café Swiss one year more. I gained a lot of things there, colleague are helpful and kind, thanks for teaching me so many thins there. Really appreciate.
Frankly, I still love there, Café Swiss, cause, YOU born me there, make me changed, growth.
Although still not strong enough, I promise myself still can be stronger and stronger!
